The Start:

                                         

The start is at the highest elevation point on the course. You will make the 7.1 mile loop and return to this point, and then continue (downhill) to the finish, another 150 yards.

 

          
        
                                                  The whole first quarter mile is gently downhill.
                Start easy, run easy.

 

                                                                                      Big Down Hill at Mile One

       

                                                                       Steep Up Hill at Mile Three (but short)

         

                                     Mile Four a long down hill with danger to knees at the steep part near the bottom
